Founded in 1890, Clinique de La Source is a leading private hospital in Lausanne, Switzerland, known for its comprehensive medical services and a strong focus on patient-centered care.

The clinic employs over 600 healthcare professionals and around 450 certified doctors. It is a part of La Fondation La Source, emphasizing its commitment to medical education and community health alongside patient care.

Clinique de La Source also holds the EFQM certification, recognizing its excellence in quality management standards.

• Initiating cultural reinvigoration by working with middle managers through targeted employee engagement and cross-functional collaboration programs.

To achieve these objectives, our targeted actions included:

Enhancing the HR Team's Change Management Capabilities: We provided specialized training in change management principles to the HR team, enabling them to better support the transformation and facilitate effective communication across the organization.

Executive Management Team Sponsorship Awareness: Awareness sessions were conducted for the Senior Leadership and the Extended Leadership Teams to underscore their critical role as sponsors of change, emphasizing the importance of their leadership in supporting and modeling new behaviors.

Leadership of Change Workshops: Top and middle managers engaged in workshops that utilized "serious games" to impart crucial lessons in change management. This method helped managers understand how to address resistance, adapt strategies based on employee feedback, and sustain the new organizational reality.

Training in Objectives and Key Results (OKRs): Managers were trained in the OKRs agile methodology to enhance their ability to flexibly and responsively achieve organizational goals. This training was the basis for their involvement in the definition of the yearly organizational, functional, and individual OKRs.

Pulse Surveys and Feedback Mechanisms: To ensure comprehensive involvement, pulse surveys and a feedback-rich environment were implemented, allowing ongoing insights and ensuring that transformation strategies remained aligned with staff needs.
